On the set of nautical flags flown on a wire from the smoke stacks to bow and stern, there is a red flag with a white Mickey head and ears. I think the flags are only flown at Port Canaveral.
REPORTED: Gloria 08 JUL 99
The red flag with a white Mickey head and ears is probably the "flag of convenience", which is a flag flown on board the ship insted of a country's flag (Ie. insted of the US flag) because it's (The Disney Magic/Wonder) home port is Port Carnival and it's registry is the Bahamas. The reason for this is so that criuse ships are exempted from US tax laws.
CONFIRMED: Thomas McCarthy 15 NOV 00
