In the stain glass window in the chapel during the
wedding scene there is a pattern of Hidden Mickeys
REPORTED: Phil Stern
The stained glass window is called a "rose window," common to older European churches. The three-circle shapes that partially make up the windows are not Hidden Mickeys, but yet another variation of a trefoil. See the discussion under The Hunchback of Notre Dame for more information.
WISHFUL THINKING: Melanie Emmons 08 JAN 97
In regards to the stain glass window in One-Hundred and One Dalmations, there are actually Hidden Mickeys. I own the cell containing this scene and was able to examine the window closely; the majority of the circles are just the original pattern, however there are at least two that have the definate proportions of a Mickey head.

Several dogs are watching a black and white television show. Pongo and others have spots that make out many hidden Mickeys.
REPORTED: Hector and Isabel Contreras 31 DEC 98
I agree about some of the dogs having Hidden Mickeys, Pongo has one one the right side of his neck and on his left leg.

In 101 Dalmatians, I don't really think the Mickey patterns are intentional. I myself as an artist tend to put spots in groups of three, a large one below and two smaller above. It just looks better that way and I personally don't believe it was deliberate.
UPDATE: anon 02 JAN 01
I was cleaning out my room the other day and I came across my old 101 Dalmatian stuffed animal. I discovered that all of his spots were made up of mickey mouse heads!
