Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back - Special Edition
On the back of the cover in the light
panal directly above the point in between Vader's glove and elbow there
is a Tri-circle hidden Mickey at an angle. Look at the blurred Light on
the bottom of the panel the three lights directly above it form the
Mickey. Although the ears are slightly detached from the head it is
definitely Mickey.

In the sabre fight scene, in front of the window that Luke is about to get
blown out of is a panel with a near perfect Mickey
profile. Look just to the right of and behind
Luke just before he gets hit with the first flying object.

This is to confirm the Mickey in The Empire Strikes Back. It's there plain as day with perfect shape and size...go George (Lucas)

I would just like to verify the Hidden Mickey behind Luke in The Empire Strikes Back: Special Edition (It can be seen to the right of Luke during the fight with Darth Vader when he slashes the first flying object. It is made of three gold circles.) I would also like to add that this Hidden Mickey also appears in the original version of The Empire Strikes Back.
It is in the scene where there is a forward shot of Luke in the area
that he gets sucked out of. Before he and Vader fight, there is a shot
of Luke and you can see a passageway of some sort behind him. To the
right of this passage way are three gold circles that form the Mickey.
