Mouseketeer hat, as the "head" circle is only a half-circle.

At the beginning of the movie, in the conference room where Tim Robbins' character is meeting with his co-workers, there's an artwork hung on the wall. There are a half circle, and two smaller circles arranged in the shape that could be a Hidden Mickey.
