There is a Hidden Mickey in the Pablo the Penguin sequence. It's towards the beginning when Sterling Holloway is saying "There is nothing the average penguin likes better than a day at the beach." Look in the bottom left corner of the screen; there is a bucket with Mickey, Pluto, and a portion of another character which I couldn't identify on it.

During the Penguin scene where they introduce the activities, the kids are burying their father in the snow, the pail has full size Mickeys on it.
