After you enter, walk to the upper left level of the playground to a fenced off display. Within that area, under a canopy, there's a table with a McDonalds bag on it. Just in front of that bag are three coins (a quarter and two dimes) that are placed to make up Mickey's three circles.
REPORTED: Jerry Kummer 27 MAY 99
It's there, plain as day, next to a McDonald's bag in an "archeologist's room" display on the second level of the kids' play area.
CONFIRMED: Becky Foster 28 JUN 99
The three coins on the table certainly do make up a hidden Mickey, though it was not present when DinoLand opened in 1998, nor added by imagineers. The coin Mickey was placed there during the spring of 1999 by a couple of college program cast members who were looking to create a lasting impression on their work location. The Mickey actually consists of a quarter, a dime, and a penny. This information is accurate because it comes directly from one of the cast members who placed the Mickey, who is a close friend of mine.
