Just across from the arcade, there is a large rock among the trees. On top of the rock there are three small stones which form a perfect Mickey. When we tried to move them, we found out they were cemented to the larger rock. We found some other stones and made another Mickey on the rock and have added one each time we pass. Some other people have joined the cruisade.

On the monorail level, exit the monorail, enter the hotel and cross the building to the
opposite side, staying to your right. Pass the shops, etc. On the right hand side, there will
be a staircase that goes down only - it takes you to the main level. As you walk down the
stairs, look to your right to see the ends of bamboo decorating the wall. As you near the
landing to turn around to continue towards the bottom of the staircase, (you are only halfway
down the stairs so far) there is a hidden Mickey in the bamboo - that is, three bamboo
circles (Mickey shape) inside one big bamboo circle. My sister and I disagree if it was in
the lower left corner or the middle of the section.

At the Polynesian on the second floor, in between Samoa Snacks and Trader Jack's, there is a hut that looks like a dispatchers office. It has a room on each side of it. In the room on the left, closest to Samoa Snacks, there are 3 glass balls hanging in rope from the corner of the room. Two of them are smaller than the other. Looks like it could be a hidden mickey when you look at it from the front window.

In Captain Cooks at the Polynesian resort the plastic lids for the sodas are arranged to form a hidden mickey. They are in a wooden box in rows of three, and the two outer rows are higher than the inner one, which just shows halfway up. The effect is that the outer lids are the ears, and the inner lid that you just see the upper half of is Mickey's head.

My girlfriend, Nora, and I stayed at the Polynesian Resort in the Aorotonga (sp) building
(its the building right next to the Tonga and right across from the Fiji building). Our room
was on the 3rd floor and we had a lagoon view. After a hot shower and the bathroom is all
steamed up, did anyone else see a "hidden Mickey" in the mirror? I saw it in ours and I was
very surprised to see that. Though, my g/f thought I drew it on the mirror before I stepped
into the shower and when I called her into the bathroom after I got out -- she kept on
insisting that I drew it (she managed to drag this out half way through the Polynesian Luau).

There is a baby-sitting service
called the Neverland Club (it's great; there's free video
games and everything). Anyway, I used to go there as a
kid, and one time a Cast Member pointed out that, on the
wall behind where everyone watches TV, there was a bunch of spots, and
one of them was Mickey Mouse.

If you go out on the beach to take a walk in the morning, you might be able to see this "Hidden Mickey". The person who sweeps and cleans the sand every morning sweeps a Mickey face in the sand. How to get there: Go to Oahu and walk over to the hill, and you might see aMickey face.
REPORTED: anon 05 SEP 98
There are indeed Mickey heads swept into the sand on the beach. A groundskeeper comes out daily riding an ATV type of vehicle dragging a sweeper behind him. He smooths out the sand, removing footprints, and neatly sweeps Mickey heads into the sand near the paved walkway. Of course these Mickeys disappear throughout the day as guests walk on the beach.

At the Polynesian Resort, my brother and I spent a lot of our time looking for hidden Mickeys. Well, at Kona Cafe (not the sit down resturant, but the coffee bar) the counter is covered with pieces of tile. On the right side of the counter, near the glass case where they display the donuts and danishes there is one big and two little circle shaped tiles. They were definately a Mickey!
